TV Tuner Card In C#.Net

Question

Hi, I am the C#.Net developer I am trying to implement TV Tuner Card in my windows application. The hardware what I am using is ATI Wonder Elite. I am not getting any .ocx or activex control for that. Please provide me some idea or help how can I implement the same. Thanks in Advance Umesh
