Troubleshooting Error while Installing VS.NET 2003 and WSS 2.0.

Question

 Hi,

1. I installed IIS 6.0 then VS.Net 2003.

VS.NET 2003 is working fine.

2. After I installed Windows sharepoint services (WSS 2.0).

After WSS 2.0 installation WSS 2.0 is working fine but VS.NET 2003  it's giving error.

I am not able to create webapplication.The error message is

"Visual Studio .NET cannot create or open the application.The likeliest problem is that required are
not installed on the local server.Run visual Studio.NET setup and add Web Development component."
I checked in setup ."Web Development component."is already there.

please help me out .. if any one aware of this problem.
