Trouble viewing type and member in code behind...

Hi friends,

In the code behind side in an asp.net page,we have 2 dropdown controls the left one shows the type and right one the members with respect to the type.. Ex Gridview type at the left shows events associated with it at the right side like selectedindexchanged event... Sometimes events/members are not seen.  Why does this happen?
