Treeview with Database

Hi, Everyone,

I am working on a database application which manages an CAD library. The main navigation system is "Treeview Control". Please see my naigator ui view below.

The problem is "Element node" in each "Discipline Node" has different number of child nodes. So how I should design the database or which technology I should use. Please advice me.
