Tray Icons

Question

Hi all! How can I implement the feature where a ballon pops out from an application's tray icon when the mouse moves over it? I don't mean like in the "Text" property of the notify icon control, I mean like what would happen if the notify icon control had a "Mouse Over" event that could be handled by an event handler in which i could change the text contained in the ballon according to some certain parameter. Thanks a lot.
