transparent picture png

Question

hello you there,

i have a gradient rectangle from black to transparent with tranparent background (png format).

the problem is when i insert this picture in picturebox, i don't get the tranparent gradient.

i hope you are understand what i meaning.

i want to see the desktop in the transparent area.
