transparent interface

hello
        my name is Sami ...
                I have tp And I get problem with interface .
    I want to be my form transparent and the onther  controls in forme  not transparnt, for giving more interction how I can do it?
for exemple like the start up logo of nero 9 but in my case I want to be able change the position of controls or I can press some button.
