Translate website into Hindi

Hello,
I have developed a website. Now i want to translate this website in Hindi as well.
I mean to say, i am giving a link in my website "Translate in Hindi". When click on this link, page should be translated into Hindi version, and will open in new tab.

So, i want to know how can i perform this task. Which type of dll's are required or what type of code i will have to provide?

I have searched alot over internet, but not getting appropriate solution. Please provide soem solution.
