Transfer my software to another computer

Question

Hi everybody, I am a beginner of doing software in C#. I want to transfer my software to another computer which doesn't install Visual Studio.net. I tried to simply copy the .exe file to the target machine. Obviously it doesn't work. Is there any installer or setup package to install my software to other computers in C#? Any body has any idea please??? Thanks in advance for help!!!
