TranscationScope type with file systems

Question

i am using TransactionScopein my application ,

So my Question is how to use TransactionScopewith file System.

i mean ,i am does TransactionScope rollback file from folder ,

if file is not inside the folder then TransactionScope roll back file which deleted from database?
