Tools information required as per real-time use ?

Hi friends 

I hope many are working on dotnet from years . I need a small favor i.e like below

1))) How you will deploy your i.e website once everything created ? using which tool into server  
2))) Which one you used SVN or TFS ?? To store code ? did anyone used  svn repository to store code i.e webpages entire project in svn ??

3))) What about continious integration tools you used  ?

4))) Any other tools you used in you work environment please share the name and a one line description on it :) I am keen to know things 
Do answer in developer point of view what & what are necessary ..
