Tool has time out

Hi... I ams developing a asp.net(2.0) web site. When I tring to load asp.net web confguration page one error msg come "tool has time out". I want to solve this problem. Remarks; I am using windows Xp, Visual studio 2005, Sql server 2000 and I have no Internet conection. Further more I am working in local machine. Thanks Kelum
