To Save After revising a new data to replace the value of the key in key value pair

Question

Here in Forms Application I used a button object so that on clicking the button the data entered in the text box1 should replace with the data of the key value which is going to read the text file & also to replace the related data in the same file to the same key value pair in which we selected in the combobox

To be frank on Viewing or running this application u can understand the way to solve the problem behind this

could u please help me to solve this problem
