To refresh Power BI reports from SQL Stored Procedures with live data
Jan 22 2021 12:08 PM
Hi,
I have created a dashboard with multiple reports in it whose data is coming from SQL Server Stored Procedures.
These Strored Procedures upon calling and passing current date as input parameter will give the latest data.
I want my reports also to reflect this lastest data in Power BI.
Is this possible please help me through this.
I have followed below link to create dynamic parameters in Power BI, its working fine but problem is whenever I ivoke the function with a new date the Power BI is creating a new table "Invoked Function". I want my reports to refelect this new data but not creating a new report all over again.
https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/execute-sql-server-stored-procedure-with-user-parameter-in-power-bi/
Any help is highly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance
