to insert date controls .

Question

HI i have created a simple application form using text boxes and lables.And i want to make it has foreg:

IN gender column i have to give a drop down and insert only male and female.and in dob column i have to insert date controls.

 

GENDER:male and female..

 

date of birth: date controls to select...
