To display an organisation chart on a panel

Hiiii

   I have a main form i have placed a panel on it ...... I need to display the chart diagram of my organisation in it
   In my application have given mapping for employee-designation- department- branch
   I need to show it in form of a flow diagram on mainpage.

  Plz.. help me
