Time to take decision- What Next

Question

Hi,i have worked around 8 years as from Software Developer to Module Leader in .Net Technologies. Due to some reasons,right now i am working on HTML5,CSS,Backbone,Bootstrap etc.. web based project which was not developed in .Net Technology. Growth(getting onsite etc..) in this project will take 2 years. My question is, i am getting low salary package what above 8 years guy will get. so , can i forward to work on .Net Technologies? can i change another company for Salary,.Net Technologies. Plz advice.What i need to do?
