3 tier web sample application with SRP

Question

I am planning to provide a presentation on Single Responsibility Principle.

I understood the concept of SRP. But feeling difficult to create a best sample. The sample should involve simple 3 tier architecture. Then there should be SRP usage in Business and Data Access layers. Can you please provide such a sample ?
