We are currently seeking three (3) senior level level C#/ASP.Net web developers for full-time, permanent positions with one of our top clients here in the Nashville, Tennessee area.  Successful candidates will possess 10+ years of experience building applications. Candidates must be  seasoned developers with experience developing n-tier solutions. This is an excellent group with outstanding technical knowledge so the opportunity to learn will be immense. Should be very well versed in Object Oriented Development methodologies.  Candidates need to have the ability to work in small to mid-sized teams as well as individually.  Must be a well rounded developer with full SDLC exposure in large, enterprise level environments.  Experience leading design sessions, doing code reviews and having touched on architecture will all be looked highly upon. 

Requirements:
* 10+ years development experience
* 3-5 years in .NET framework
* C#, ASP.NET, COM/DCOM, Com+
*Previous background in OOD (C++, Java)
* SQL Server
* XML
* Communication Skills (verbal and written)
* Team Development Experience
* Experience creating web-based apps in an enterprise environment

Bonus Skills (not required):
* Bachelors Degree is a very big bonus
* MCSD, MCAD
*Domino
*Portal Experience

*BizTalk or .NET Connector

*Development experience in organization that utilizes offshore development
