The wait operation timed out in mvc 5

Question

HI, 

I need to display large number of records(80,000 records) in mvc 5 application. but I got timeout error. how to fix this error.

I got this error: System.OutOfMemoryException: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.
