The type already contains a definition... (what does mean?)

This is my full codes to help to understand me.
As I said in my last message regarding this suject I did found the article in this site. It's very helpful. But when I want to test it in my own reality. Its giving me a little problem.
In my register files: .aspx and aspx.cs. Maybe something is wrong but I did realize it (my web.config is right. I think so).
After inserting my datas (eg. name, username, etc) when I click It's giving me a wrong appearance that it's saved. But when I check in my database I realize that nothing went saved in. I'm not sure where I fail. Thanx

Hi,
        Please check your designer file. it will contain like this

protected global::System.Web.UI.WebControls.Button create_Click;

just remove this

Hi,

You have commented button with ID=create_Click and have a function with same name in code behind file.

you are using to comment which actually doesn't work properly in .aspx file .
Use <%--    --%> to comment the button .
