Error: The application was unable to start correctly

After installing the mongodb setup

we have to run mongod.exe using command prompt

but when I execute the command I get an error message

"THE APPLICATION WAS UNABLE TO START CORRECTLY (0XC000007B). CLICK OK TO CLOSE THE APPLICATION"

I google the error and do every possible thing like reinstall DirectX, c++ redistribution, persmiisions but still facing error

Please does anybody have the solution?
