TFS for developing large application

Question

we are maintaining and enhancing large .net application. TFS is source control. each new realsense will have many business requirements and each request spans across modules to achieve business end to end functionality. the issue we face is sometime client wants to remove some business changes say br1 , its tedious process to remove manually and add the same to next release. is there way that we can force while checkin code with cr number so that we can easily roll back only required files.
