Text Search Algorithm

Hello Sir,

 

I am looking for Algorithm to give fast autocomplete search results from Millions of Records.

For ex. if user want to enter his/her college Name it should give results from Keywords used by user in textbox.and uniqueness should get maintained for data entry by user.

Please tell me what is the best method that i can use to search data in dot net.
