Text on Progress Bar

Question

By using Jquery how can we write Text on Progress Bar.

Actually ,I had tried the below link

But,I can't understand where the text will write on progress bar.
 
On the Progress Bar only I want the text(like 59% ).

I want the Progress Bar like the attached only
