Terminating web page after 15 minute

I am developing a online quiz application, after a user enter the quiz page timer should start and after 15 minute the web page should terminate and should display score on next page. If user click submit before 15 minute it should display the time taken on score card. Any idea will be accepted and article will be heartly appreciated.
