Temporary Listview

Question

Like I do already have my table and if i fill it, it will not be able to display at the database. But when i fill my textbox it will display from the listview and if i click the button submit, it will not be save from the databse but it will be seen from the temporary listview table.\

 

hope u understand guys i really need to make this please :(

and the one with the id and app name are the ones who needs to be in the temporary file
