Telerik rad Tool tip issue.

Question

1.I have a Rad tool tip manager. to show content o that , i'm givoing an user control from server side in OnAjaxupdate. in that user control i have a link button. that link button click evenr is not firing properly that means its not firing for all cmouse over clicks. for example i mouse overd and that tootlip came , if i click on that it is opening.thatf fine. now i mouse overed and didn't clicked. and mouse out. again mouse over and click on that its not firign. that means if we mouse over and mouse out at a time what ever the data on tha user control it s showing but that link button is not firing.
