TCP sockets behind proxy

Question

Hello everybody I am making a project over the internet in C#. I am coming across a situation where I want to make a TCP socket. My problem is the client is behind proxy and proxy is not allowing to take client request to server. I want to know if there is any way to make TCP connections through proxy.
