TableView with Conection SQL Server

Question

I want to create a panel with C #, which has 6 columns and rows is the amount left over from the first line, and it will search the data in SQL Server.
Example: I have 14 records in X Sql server table, the screen I created in WPF, show the 14 records with 4 in parallel and another 10 below. 4 of these records are missing, and is in red, 5 are then left is green, and 5 white... According to a record in SQL Server
