Table not displaying properly when using Datatable pluging

Hello

 

I am new to MVC. I am trying to use the Datatable plugin to list all employee in the staffs table of my database in my MVC view. The table displayed without any value and the datatable stylesheet format does not show. I am using entities framework on MVC 5
