TabControl missing text on TabPages aligned on left

They should be in the property panel for the TabControl. I cant remember for the life of me what the exact name is. But its how you change the style of the tabs and control itself. Some styles wont work on certain versions of Windows. That was my experience with the ToolStrip control.

Thanks, but I can't find any styles for the TabControl. Are they somehow hidden from me? Any other thoughts?

Check your TabControl's styling. If I remember correctly you should have options such as System, Professional, and a few others. Try a few different ones and see which ones will work. I know on some of my applications, I have to set the style of my menu strips to System, otherwise they show up as just flat black on Windows 2000 OS's but work fine with XP Prof and Home. Its just weird like that sometimes.
