System.NullReferenceException: In IIS

Hi ,

I am working on a Project Developed in Mvc 4 Framework with Sql Server 2012 running on IIS 8.

Suddenly some links stops working and starts throwing an error:

"Here is the actual error : System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

And when we change the IIS (new IIS machine ), it automatically starts working.

Does any one have any idea about this problem.
