System runtime interopservices comexception in VB windowsapp

Question

am having windows application runs on .net framework 3.5 and TargetCPU X86 and it is a 32 bit application which runs well with crystal report 13.0 and crystal report runtime engine 4 (32bit).

 

Recently i have upgraded the framewrok to 4.5 and targetcpu X64 and installed crystal report runtime engine for 64 bit

 

It is working well in my machine windows 7 64 bit

 

But when i use the exe on client machine and try to open the crystal report, it is showing error

"The document has not been opened"

 

Client system is windows 8.1 64 bit cpu and installed crystal report runtime engine for 64 bit

Installed crystal report 13.0 and Crystal report runtime engine for 64 bit but having the same error
