Synchronize Local Folder to Hosting Sever

Question

Hai Friends 

 I would like to know how can synchronize the folder in my computer to the hosting server folder.For example in my computer i have a folder which contains lot of images,when i click on a button in my windows application project i need to upload all the images from that folder to the folder in the hosting server(lets say godaddy or wild west etc). or just syncronize that folder with the folder in the hosting server.
