Sync sharepoint calendar to outlook

Question

Hi All,

 

How can we sync sharepoint Online Calendar to ofiice 365 outlook .

 

When we keep vacation in sharepoint will it show in outlook ?

 

If My manager want to schedule a meeting on   my vaction day when he see in out look it should show him that i am on vacation is it possible.

 

But i applied my vacation in sharepoint .

 

Please let me know how to proceed.
