Sync outlook room reservation with SharePoint calendar

Question

Hi All,

I was doing a project to sync outlook room reservation to sync with SharePoint resource calendar. I created room mail box and did all the necessary configuration. I am able to sync all the fields including creating workflow to send email to attendees. My problem is that the resource filed (which is the room list) in SharePoint doesn't sync with outlook. I tried creating workflow to promote the field but failed.    

My environment - SP 2010, Outlook 2010, Exchange server 2007.

 

Isn't it possible to sync the rooms so that users can use outlook and SharePoint to reserve room without using custom code?
