Switching from windows application to new technologies

I have more than 7 years experience in windows application. But as we all know these days new demand of .net core and angular. Please tell me what steps I should follow to move to new technologies. Because I have 7 years experience so when I go for interview they expect all these thing from me and if I start learning I can try with crud applications but when I go for interview that is not enough so please suggest me what should I do further so that I can work with new technologies and get job in those technologies.
