Switching form frm another when given input is put on txtbox

Question

the problem i have  is  when you log in  using only

textbox and a button on first form 

 

then it's switches to design form example 

 

i type  in the textbox 

"123" then hit enter 

i want to see the form of "123" 

when i type  in the textbox 
"321" then hit enter 
i want to see the form of "312"

can you help me please
