svsutil.exe - Entry Point Not Found In WCF

In My System With Windows XP OS And Visual Studio 2008,
When I Run The WCF Applcation

On WCF Test Client..It Is Displaying Error Message Box "svsutil.exe - Entry Point Not Found"
"The procedure entry point _except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll."

How Can I Rectify It ...pls help me
