Suggestion needed for creating a user profile just like link

Question

Hi I have a system in asp.NET MVC5 in which i have students , for that i am building their profile page in which they have basic information , Skills , Education and experiences ( as education and experiences can have multiple values ) so what would be the best approach  to achieve it any reference example is there . 

Which views i should make as partial views
