Suggest Web Hosting Site

Question

Hi,

   I need to host one matrimonial site. I want to know which package and hosting site is best for me. I have to save Photos on Disk instead of Binary data in Database. This is the only concern as Photo size will grow. My user base will be local so suggest me accordingly.

   I knew few as bigrock.in and godaddy.com. Please suggest any other according to my requirement.
