Suggesstion for resuming career after a long gap

Hi everyone,

would like to know that what are the technologies in DOT NET very much in demand which I could learn.I have a gap of almost 4 years in my career as ASP.NET,C#.NET,SQL SERVER.Now want to start my career again,so what latest technlogies I should learn to cope with todays market requirements and be able to get  a suitable job.Please give me your sugesstions which will be very much beneficial to me at this stage.
