subtraction of clmn value and textbox clmn value in gridview

Question

I have 3 columns available_qnty, remaining_qnty and planned_qnty

planned_qnty is textbox column

need to substract the value entered in that column  with available_qnty value

result must be stored in remaining_qnty

plz help me asap
