Print --below list

List AuthorList = new List();

AuthorList.Add("Name :Mahesh Chand,Adress:Hyd");
AuthorList.Add("Name:Praveen Kumar,Adress:Pune");
AuthorList.Add(" ");
AuthorList.Add("Name:Nipun Tomar,Adress:Delhi");
AuthorList.Add("Name:Dinesh Beniwal");

And I want Print Author Name

Output:

Mahesh Chand

Praveen Kuma

Nipun Tomar

and City

Output:

Hyd

Pune

Delhi

Since most of the earlier answers are based on string.split, here is another approach using the Regular expressions.
var nameList = new List<string>();
var addressList = new List<string>();

var regex = new Regex(@"^Name\s*:(?[^,]*\s*),\s*Adress\s*:(?\w*\s*)$");
foreach(var author in AuthorList)
{
    var match = regex.Match(author);
    if(match.Success)
    {
        nameList.Add(match.Groups["NameValue"].Value);
        addressList.Add(match.Groups["AddressValue"].Value);
    }
}

foreach(var author in nameList) Console.WriteLine(author);

foreach(var address in addressList) Console.WriteLine(address);

I wanted to come up with a real object-oriented solution starting with a class that uses factory method pattern to parse a string of necessary input

    {
        try
        {
            return Create(input);
        }
        catch (ArgumentException)
        {

    private static (string, string) ExtractPrefixedNameAndAddress(string input)
    {
        var splitted = input.Split(',');
        if (splitted.Length != 2)
        {
            throw new ArgumentException("Input has incorrect format");
        }
        return (splitted[0], splitted[1]);
    }

    private static string RemovePrefix(string prefixedItem)
    {
        var splitted = prefixedItem.Split(':');
        if (splitted.Length != 2)
        {

After the class is constructed the task is plain simple: filter out clearly invalid inputs, try construct items of the class, filter out those that failed to create and print necessary stuff. Here's the code

    .Where(p => !string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(p))
    .Select(p => Author.TryCreate(p))
    .Where(p => p != null)
    .ToList(); //avoid multiple enumerations

foreach (var author in authors)
