Submitted Article is not in progress, while approved still in progress

Question

Something not correct in my document folder:

Approved Article is still in progress, while submitted article is not in progress:

 

Article "View Variables in .NET MVC" has been approved and published, but still in progress:

While "Get ConnectionString for SQL Server" is submitted, but still as a draft:

Please fix the error.
