Submit an infopath form to both sharepoint list and email

Question

Hi,

 

we need both an "Email" and as well as stored in Sharepoint ilst

 

But i tried, we can write the rules for "Submit" option

 

we write the 2 rules in submit oprion 

 

but my condition only email only execute 

 

another option is not execute
