storing dynamic ComboBox value into database and retreiving

Question

i have a dynamic combobox on my application form and the all the values of the combobox should be stored into database,retreived back again whenever the form gets loaded.Can someone please help me how to do that using Linq to Sql,Sql server and C sharp
