store mulitiple records in mysql at once using java-j2ee

Question

Hi guys,

Instead of one by one record storing into mysql database ,i want to store multiple records at once in mysql by using any form that will be either html or jsp with the help of servlets or any other java frameworks.

is it possible to do so ?.if it is possible,please provide sample source for this task.
