Still cannot do anything with VS 2015

Question

Open vs 2015 then Tools--Importand Export settings--reset all settings--next--error occured.(error saying vs 2015 has stopped working,...... showing next message saying windows is collecting information about the problem and will notify you once a solution has been found--with two buttons--cancel, close program.

first problem was of mouse only but this time even keyboard also created the same problem... I have tried to solve this problem even by Dos by using Devenv Command, resetting to default settings but error shown and told that Devenv command will be ignored.(file not found error)

complete syntax of the command, I used is:-

 

c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\common7\IDE>Devenv /ResetSettings/safemode c:\Users\ARIJEET GHOSH\Documents\Visual Studio 2015\Settings\CurrentSettings-206-04-28.vssettings

 

Now how can I recover my VS 2015, MS SqlServer Express and Blend........??????????
